The shuttle bus to Malpensa departs every hour on the hour from Lugano station at the exit of platform 4 on Basel Street.
From Malpensa departs from Terminal 1 at Exit 5, every hour on the hour.
On request, one can also depart from Lamone-Cadempino, Chiasso or Mendrisio stations.
